Robert Thomson
Mr. Thomson is Founder and Managing Partner of Airdrie Partners, LLC, a New York-based investment manager to private equity funds focused on middle market growth equity, where he oversees all aspects of the firm. Prior to Airdrie Partners, LLC, Mr. Thomson was at Vision Capital Advisors, LLC where he served on multiple portfolio company boards and played an active role in the portfolio formation. Prior to Vision Capital Advisors, LLC, Mr. Thomson was a Managing Director of The Arkin Group LLC, an international business intelligence firm specializing in providing due diligence to Fortune 500 companies and asset managers where he led teams performing complex due diligence for major transactions world-wide. Mr. Thomson holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Haverford College. Mr. Thomson also studied at Nankai University in China and Tunghai University in Taiwan. Mr. Thomson currently serves on the Board of various Airdrie fund portfolio companies, as well as the Board of Teleios Global Opportunities Fund, Ltd., an unaffiliated European focused activist fund.
Michael Mosiello, Esq.
Mr. Mosiello is a Partner at Airdrie Partners, LLC, a New York-based investment manager to private equity funds focused on middle market growth equity, where he serves as a member of the investment team and oversees fund operations and compliance. Mr. Mosiello has over 8 years’ experience as an investment management attorney and compliance officer with subject matter expertise under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Securities Act of 1933. Mr. Mosiello has extensive experience with the legal, regulatory, and governance requirements of hedge and private equity funds and registered investment companies. Prior to joining Airdrie Partners, LLC, Mr. Mosiello worked as in-house counsel, deputy chief compliance officer and operations staff for Vision Capital Advisors, LLC, an SEC registered investment advisor that managed three funds in the hedge and private equity arenas. Mr. Mosiello holds a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. from Fordham University. Mr. Mosiello currently serves on the Board of Directors of Nectar Holdings, Inc., a VoIP network management software company currently held in the Airdrie fund portfolios.
